Senior Management has driven all productivity into the ground through constant layoffs of efficient management staff in hopes of cutting costs. This is only further worsened by the incessant push to use AI in hopes that it can make up for the now shortstaffed teams. Management has also had a terrible habit over the past few years of accepting client contracts without consulting engineers on the project feasibility or potential timelines. Resulting in a constant rush to fulfill already contractually promised deadlines. Worst of all, all of the above concerns have been told to senior management time and time again to no result. This company has no future.

1. CEO leadership lacks vision and consistency; trust is eroding rapidly. 2. Layoffs have become far too frequent, creating a culture of fear and uncertainty. 3. Internal politics dominate decision-making over merit or performance. 4. Acquired companies are often kept siloed instead of being strategically integrated, resulting in duplication, inefficiencies, and confusion. 5. Employee morale is low, and communication from leadership is often reactive and unclear.

I recommend that you avoid working for iSpot. The work environment of this company is absolutely terrible due to the disrespectful and toxic leadership. The management creates a work environment and atmosphere that's filled with negativity and toxicity. The managers do not respect employees' boundaries, and they are useless leaders.
