Unlimited PTO, flexible hours, laid back atmosphere, strong community, complementary snacks and drinks in a fully stocked kitchen, work social events. Benefits (medical/vision/dental).

Cons

Many talented people work here. Too bad they're wasted in this company.

Cons

This company is lead by bullies. The people in the management clearly have no idea what they're doing, and the only thing they can do well is bullying the employees. They also like shaming employees in front of other employees. They are comfortable in being rude to everyone because they don't have even a small amount of basic decency.
