Worker bees are granted every day

Pros

The worker bees are good, hard-working people. You can get good responsibility even if you are a junior person.

Cons

Terrible work life balance, expected to work long hours and be contactable at any time. The worker bees are the ones keeping the wheels greased, but they are the people taken for granted every day. This is not the largest con, by far though. There are just too many to list here. If you are considering coming to the company, don't be fooled. Just run.

Pros

Decent pay and benefits. But respect is the worst.

Cons

Management is a joke. Everyone gossips, trying to get you in trouble. Worked so hard, only to be let go when a family member is on life support and you have to leave to be with him. He passed away, and I thought I may get a card or something, instead, I was fired the day after Christmas, for being absent, to be with my dying father. It has been years, and I am still incredibly hurt, by how I was treated by my "boss" and the rest of my "team".

Pros

Learned a ton about the Ad world. Good-ish pay for an entry-level position.

Cons

Terrible management, unclear targets, vague goals that'd make you feel you were never achieving anything, and underperforming. Unrealistic expectations, constant pressure, and micromanagement. Hopefully, it's only my experience, and people can make of this place a pleasant experience.
