Pros

- It's a startup, so you have the potential to wear a lot of different hats and grow with the company - A lot of employees who truly do care about their work and what they are doing - A product that is genuinely different from what's currently being offered in the marketplace

Cons

- Consistently poor treatment of female employees - A boys-club environment where friends of the CEO are promoted whether they deserve it or not - Irresponsive HR department - Very little communication between departments - Inability to accept that there are flaws in the company and in the product - CEO that ignores employee feedback and is very hard to work with
