Pros

Management lets you do your work without micromanaging. Dog friendly. Unlimited PTO. Flexible about hours and some working from home. Generous 401-k match. Paid premium for single, basic health insurance. 4 weeks paid maternity leave. Drinks and company-sponsored snack food in kitchen.

Cons

Like many startups, a little less communication between departments than needed as we grow, but management is trying to address that.

- CEO that is well informed of all aspects of the business and is passionate about the product but also the people who work at iSpot - Management team that is hands on with clients as well as supporting day-to-day work - Truly cutting-edge product with the best in the business enhancing it everyday! - Company supports families and work/life balance!

Cons

- Normal start-up things, retroactively instilling some process points etc.

Great culture, Open door policy with every team member, collaborative environment. Good pay, GREAT benefits and as much flexibility as you need.

Cons

Sometimes the environment can get too laxed. Managers are there to manage, not really to develop or coach.
