It was a great place to work!....... until istorage took over.

Cons

They alienated the whole community with their cold-blooded approach in our small town. Store managers were subjected to tremendous abuse from good people who were shafted by istorage but took it out on us. I don't blame them because of the inhumane way they treated their customers.

The opportunity for advancement with iStorage is there and there are some very good people working for the company.

Cons

The direction of the company changes as often as the wind. There was one upper-level manager that had no business being in the position he was in other than a friendship with the right person, Communication and training are also lacking from the top down and vice versa. The constant greed to hit profit goals get dumped on the property manager after rental increases more frequent than industry standards,
