      Pros

      The company is growing fast which means lots of potential for career growth. They recognize hard work by promoting from within and are constantly giving extra incentives for employee contributions to the organization. Overall, the family-like atmosphere makes ienjoy home feel like home.

      Cons

      We just moved into a new warehouse in July of 2018 that was twice the size of our previous warehouse. We have grown so much in the last few months, we are already out of space!

      Pros

      The company is expanding like crazy. Just since I've been here, it's tripled in growth, moved into a new building that had a whole build out including new furniture, moved their fulfillment center into a warehouse over double the size. And it's only just starting to grow; there is so much room for expansion. The management of the company are very approachable and easy to work with. It is a fun and comfortable environment. To give you an idea of the care of the execs, the CFO bought a brand new, very nice espresso machine as well as a new coffee machine for the employees. She also supplied a kitchen for our use which is always stocked up on snacks. Every Friday, all those who completed more targets than the last week get to spin a wheel for extra cash. And we read out any significant accomplishments and acknowledge stellar individuals.

      The company is growing so fast that we're nearly out of space already with our new headquarters.

      Cons

      They will fire you if you have anxiety or anything that has to do with being sick. There is a whole family that works there and so you will most definitely experience favoritism. Oh and HR does nothing to help at all, it will only make things worse. This company is new to Nashville and Lavergne but this is the worst warehouse I have worked at thus far honestly. I was not a temp but I was hired on and not given a warning but just immediately fired because my ride showed up and I could not finish ANOTHER hour of overtime. Fake environment
