Pros
Great group of people and a very fun, friendly environment. There were plenty of cool production games played in the office where we could earn bonuses for performing well on our jobs! It was very easy to come into work and management was very realistic with their expectations and were willing to work with me when I felt that something may be beyond my capabilities or I wouldn't have enough time to complete a project. Almost everyone that worked with me said how much they loved working there and I actually went back to visit a few months ago and say hi to everyone and I was so happy to find so many of my former co-workers still there! One of my closest friends even joked that she was a "lifer" XD I'm actually only writing this because I was looking for a job and came across an earlier bad review and I thought it was completely exaggerated and incorrect, so I felt compelled to give my own experience! :)
Cons
The work I was doing really didn't match what my career path was so I decided to leave to pursue it.
