Pros

Positive and encouraging work atmosphere. The ability to interact with people in various departments allows you to learn so many different skills. I've gotten the opportunity to learn how to ship packages both in and out of the country, how to input and understand data/statistics, and even how to differentiate and sort different types of fabrics.

Cons

Can be a bit of physical work. You will go out of your job description a bit when it comes to helping other departments in order to make everything run smoothly. Not a con if you enjoy staying busy, but it can be a bit overwhelming at first.

Pros

Everyone is really intelligent. Easy to work with coworkers. Everyone pitches in and helps. Most engaging company wide meeting I have seen. Great atmosphere, great work environment, people bring in dogs which roam the office and love to be pet, and everyone wants to help the business grow. Please do not believe the negative comments....trying to generalize a group of individuals based on their religion is wrong. This is coming from someone who doesn't even follow a religion.

Cons

The cons would be the fast moving operation, but those gaps are being worked on and the company's plans show they are taking the right steps to create efficiencies. It just takes a lot of work to get there. Everyone is solution driven rather than complaining all the time so that is nice.
