Fast growing company with management that respects and trusts it's employees; no micromanagement. Excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits. The office culture is fun and family-like. Management has an open door policy and is always willing to provide guidance when needed.

Pros

Wonderful co-workers and everyone was so kind. Fun activities and work bonding. Relaxed workspace environment. Great benefits. A lot of opportunities to learn about sales and product development. You get to work with a lot of people from different departments which is helpful. Room for growth within the company.

Cons

Management is always busy and doesn't have time to help or train their employees with anything. You kind of have to figure everything out from other employees. HR and management do not show any appreciation for how hard their employees work. Sales is the most important thing to management, and plays favorites to whoever earns the highest sales. HR and management seem to ignore employee requests if it doesn't benefit the company. It seems like sales is all that matters instead of their employee's needs.
