HR department and certain Customer Service supervisors sucks!!! It has been proven their goal is to find any reason to force knowledgeable and qualified individuals out of the roles based on a conversation and/or interaction with a fellow colleague. They would rather keep individuals on the contact center team (especially for the TA product) that have no common sense, passion, work ethics and minimal knowledge of the long-term care product. They are more focused on "how you talk (tone)" versus on "what you convey (knowledge)". One particular supervisor, will pretend they have your back but in the background encourages others to report any "negative" thoughts and interactions to their specific "friend" in HR. They are threaten by anyone that possess more common sense and/or knowledge. They ONLY hire individuals they know personally and can help fulfill their agenda. They will layoff an individual indicating their position is phased out but within 60 days, bring in someone else for the SAME duties but different title.

I work for LTCG in which we joined forces with Illumifin and Illumifin took away many of our awesome benefits, i.e. the benefit of having our landlines and internet paid for. Illumifin gave us a dollar raise to make up for that but big deal - it does not cover the cost of "my" internet and phone so I lost money. We used to get our PTO up front in full every January but now it's dished out in 6 hour increments each paycheck. Yes, PTO rolls over but it is combined with sick time where LTCG gave us separate sick time from PTO - again, ripped off. The health insurance plan is worse and/or more expensive - another rip off. There is so much more...
