Pros

I arrived just after the management of the UK office had changed. While I had only heard what the previous environment was like, I can safely say that staff concerns were addressed and the office is headed in a really exciting direction. It's thrilling to be part of a company that is flourishing. I feel like I'm a part of a really talented team that has positioned the product for continued growth. Being part of the London office is particularly exciting because we have the support structure of a global leader in the industry but with huge growth potential and lots to do to build our footprint in Europe. Management is receptive to ideas and encourages a positive and flexible working culture. Talent and passion is recognised and rewarded. The entire company is incredibly open when it comes to communication - everybody has time to share insights and feedback with one another. There can't be many companies of Impact's caliber where you regularly get the opportunity to speak with the founders and senior management. Others: Responsible (unlimited) time off policy Rooftop office in amazing location Friyay free lunches and kitchens stocked with food Regular team-building fun and events Regular international travel for BD and Sales Competitive salaries Flexible work environment

Cons

During the management transition, there were key staff missing in the team which had a detrimental effect on short-term performance. Now that this has been resolved - I don't have any big concerns about working at Impact.
