Pros

Great culture- work hard play hard attitude, and a constant stream of news from the higher-ups keeps you motivated about the direction of the company.

Cons

Standard company growing pains. Constant changing of internal processes, and how these processes are communicated, often causes confusion

Pros

I love working at Impact because of the people I get to work with everyday. The company is innovative, puts tremendous resources into developing the best tech, and balances out the hard work we do with tons of fun events! There is so much upward mobility and career opportunity - I have been promoted twice since working here. You get more than foosball, snacks and bring your dogs to work - the company is extremely rewarding to work for.

Cons

We are growing so fast, with people joining every week, you have stay agile to be up to date with the org structure.

Cons

- Very high customer attrition - Zero career prospects leading to high staff attrition / revolving door. - Little internal direction / constructive feedback - People with little or no real business experience given overinflated titles
