impact.com is a great company to work for as far as company culture and team support go. Most people are very easy to work with and like-minded, making collaboration easier. I love my team, and we produce really great work together. The leadership (for the most part) are great and hands-on and are willing to help you grow.

Cons

impact.com grew very quickly and with that, lots of misalignment in priorities and goals trickled down from the top of management. Our goals/priorities change quite often making it harder to do our jobs. impact.com also pays lower than most companies with employees working in cities and it's hard to get a raise even though we're being paid undermarket salaries - especially for those who live near the office (NYC).
