Pros

The pros do NOT outweigh the cons. - Medical Aid. - Provident Fund - Lunch - Unlimited PTO

Cons

Generally, you work ridiculous hours. Burnout becomes second nature, and the company really doesn't care about its employees. Several of my now ex-colleagues have been laid-off, or let go because of toxic management with no clear feedback, ethical principles followed - simply just because a manager in the US doesn't like them. There isn't any clear leadership and an overall lack of transparency. The US and UK teams completely view the Remote South African teams as cheap labour. And good luck trying to get any response on JIRA tickets from Engineers or Finance. You'll be left having to face your abundant portfolio of clients with no clear answers or feedback to their problems.

Pros

Great team and huge potential of learning ,complex infrastructure

Cons

It seems like working in Silos although meetings happen, feels like its just to show case what everyone is working on but helping each other doesn't seem real possible ! Complexity seems to be overwhelming.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you found the team strong and the infrastructure a valuable learning opportunity. We hear your concerns about siloed collaboration and the feeling that support across teams isn't always actionable. While visibility into each other’s work is important, we agree that true collaboration means more than just updates—it means shared problem-solving and mutual support. We're actively working to improve cross-functional alignment and reduce complexity where possible, so that our teams can work more efficiently together, not just in parallel. Your input is appreciated, and we wish you continued success in your career journey.
