Pros

The culture among peers is great. People are very friendly and it's a pretty solid work life balance.

Cons

Managers are unqualified and unhelpful, treat people like cogs in a machine and will never take responsibility, will always push down to the people below them. They will speak to you like a politician and never give any helpful advice.

Pros

Opening a new nyc office?

Cons

Lower pay compared to peers, incoherent and reactionary leadership (c-suite) that trickles down like 💩 down a hill, under achievers are given an incredibly long leash if they are long tenured (even if it hurts the company and makes your job harder), finance is run like a circus and creates headaches throughout the org. “Unlimited” pto where some people are constantly taking advantage and others are unable to take off.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're pleased that you're excited about the opening of our new NYC office, but it's clear that several aspects of your experience have been disappointing. We recognize the concerns you've raised around compensation, leadership alignment, accountability, operational effectiveness, and how benefits such as unlimited PTO are experienced across teams. While individual experiences can vary, we take feedback like this seriously because consistency, fairness, and clear leadership are essential to creating a strong workplace. As we continue to grow, we're focused on improving communication, strengthening accountability at all levels, and ensuring our policies and programs work as intended for employees across the organization. Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective.

Pros

The company truly respects employees and provided marriage leave longer than the statutory requirement. My manager was very caring and always checked in on my well-being. When I wasn’t feeling well, my manager encouraged me to take rest while simply reminding me to communicate with clients in advance. Team atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Leaders and colleagues are supportive; everyone helps each other even during busy periods. Despite higher pressure during peak seasons with more client requests, the team environment stays positive and collaborative. Overall, impact.com is a nice company to work for with a pleasant, supportive culture. I had a positive experience during my time here.

Cons

Workload can rise suddenly during peak client seasons, which brings short-term pressure.
