Pros

Had an opportunity to be the market leader.

Cons

Poor leadership that doesn't take an interest in those growing the business. Very selfish, petty, vindictive leader who doesn't care about his people.

We encourage, appreciate and take very seriously all candid and direct employee feedback. We’ve gone through a fair amount of change since acquiring the Forensiq business and have continued to iterate our org structure to find the the optimal design, including recently hiring a new GM for Forensiq based in NY. We’re also excited about the product updates coming very soon as part of a large re-platform project we’ve been working on for some time!

Business = Great. Management = Poor.

Pros

The company has a great product and it has disrupted a rather old and archaic industry. They are acquiring companies that really help make it a very well rounded product for marketers.

Cons

Management are extremely immature. You're basically looked down upon if you don't partake in some of their extra curricular activities, from the very top on down. It's growing too fast. Sure, tripling your amount of employees is great but when you compromise the culture for that growth it hurts the environment around the office.

Toxic Culture

Pros

Some cool people and an interesting product in a growing space

Cons

Before the layoffs in 2022, I had a manager who was genuinely interested in my growth and development. He was laid off because of internal politics. After the layoffs, my new manager was someone who really did not know how to manage down. Constantly gossiping about other employees, pointing the finger, and soon became a gaslighting and toxic boss. Not to sound dramatic but I was not mentally well after working here. Middle management openly talks about "covering their own butt" and points the finger in every direction and never takes any accountability. Senior leadership is arrogant, doesn't listen to customers or internal teams who speak to customers, and are downright rude to their employees on Slack. I've also heard credible rumors of sexual misconduct that's gone on without any accountability from HR. It's pretty clear that the founders are serial entrepreneurs and they're just coasting until the company goes public so they can cash out and bounce. Compensation is below market averages. The office is generally white yuppie people and not terribly inclusive.
