      CRO is. Ruining the Culture

      Great product, strong market fit

      Cons

      CRO is a micromanaging tyrant with zero ethics and and an old boys club of AEs. Culture has changed dramatically which is too bad because I loved my previous 3 years here. Unrealistic expectation of silly metrics and has massively undermined trust on the team. Hoping leadership corrects course but seems unlikely.

      The "Start Up" that Won't Ramp Up

      Pros

      Impact Radius is a great company if you're not entirely sure what you want to do yet as a permanent career path. Because it is still in start-up mode, the job descriptions are fluid and you get the opportunity to try your hand at almost everything.

      Cons

      Because it is so fluid, there is very little organization. Different teams seem to be competing too much and are pitting themselves against others, so there is very little positive collaboration. Things move forward in leaps and bounds, but it takes a while for the company to catch up to those changes.

      Some worrying things

      Decent pay, decent benefits, mostly good people

      Cons

      The data in Salesforce is a complete mess. The CEO idolizes Elon Musk and Joe Rogan. They just cut secondary caregiver parental leave from 6 months to 3 months. The higher ups are pushing for a return to office.
