Fast-paced isn't an understatement but rewards are worth it

Probably the best culture of any company I have worked for and as innovative as it gets.

Cons

Decisions are made too quickly, meaning business mistakes that easily could have been avoided end up surfacing down the road. While the "fail-fast" methodology works in some areas of the business, it does not work for all departments.
