Pros

- The work is exciting, the technology is impressive, and there's a real feeling of building a new category - At risk of being cliché, the company really is a rocket ship. The speed with which they add new major clients and roll out new major product lines is dizzying - Excellent comp & benefits - Very international team, work with people from tons of backgrounds - Leadership are very thoughtful, very forward-looking, very willing to listen and invest in people and product - Leadership walk the walk. They talk about work life balance like anyone else but then they actually put it in place and back it up. For instance, they just added in a 6 month parental leave policy

Cons

- Leadership do believe in work life balance (tons of days off, two weeks off company wide in December, etc), but the work is very intense. Things move quickly and there's a ton to do in a company growing this quickly. - Lot of meetings
