Having been with inLighten 24 years now, with relatively little competition in the marketplace at the start, throughout highs and lows in the U.S. economy, and increasing competition in recent years, I can honestly say I remain thoroughly impressed with the dedication, innovations, and camaraderie within this company. I've worn a lot of hats and been given many rewarding opportunities. While I'm aware that some customer demands can be challenging, I've never seen eye rolling or complaints – only sleeves being rolled up and folks giving it their best.
