Pros
Seeing the number of those unemployed based on the coronavirus is mind-boggling, which is what prompted me to post this review. I'm proud to say that the way inLighten responded was to put in extra effort to ensure employees are able to work remotely; not only for their health and safety, but also for the benefit of our customers! When so many others are being laid off, we're still receiving our full salaries. They say you can truly get a feel for a company when the chips are low - and with the economy and unemployment in their current condition, let's hope the chips don't get any lower - but inLighten's response has been a breath of fresh air. I'm fortunate to work for this company, one that cares about it's employees and our well-being and I'm proud to say I'm an inLighten employee.
Cons
I prefer the in-office environment however realize it may be necessary to work remote at this time.
