Company Christmas Party is cool!

Cons

Everything else! The management team at this company is a joke and the turnover is unreal. Seriously just stay away.

Pros

Non stop travel for 3 weeks a month and a company credit card to rack up hotel and airline points.

Cons

Commission structure went downhill quickly and too much turnover made this a negative place to be. Most, if not all, senior sales staff either left or were laid off to bring in younger sales staff at a lower salary and commission structure.
