Great concept, that if it works, it works.

Cons

It's nearly impossible to make it work. Upper management is beyond horrible. C Suite level Lack of innovation Lack of respect for employees Can't obtain outside finding Can't build. A programmatic platform No balls to the company Lack of management and client appreciation Platform only works if content is allowed to live outside of an iFrame. Massive margins they are making and pocketing into C Suite pockets.

Nothing really good at all about working here...

Cons

The company has absolutely no direction. Management is constantly flip flopping between trying to keep current campaigns afloat and develop the automation that will drive their system in the future. Sales constantly promises things that dont exist and expect the engineers to patch it into the existing solution, which will definitely lead to problems down the road. Hiring decisions are made without any serious thought and clearly reek of desperation.

Feels awesome to work with a talented team and wonderful work culture. I get ample opportunity to enhance my skills and everything flows from top weather bad or good. The founders and leadership team are open and motivated which brings lots of positive energy in the company
