      - Things move very fast , too fast sometimes - Very high expectations from day 1 - Things change often - Not for people who want a relaxed life or are expecting things to be like in a large org - Not sure if it is a con but it is a pure startup, lot of people do not understand that and join and face the consequences due to that

      A few good people left. That's it!

      Cons

      They are now called interface.ai. They rebranded themselves but the culture change didn't happen. CEO is so free that he approves work from home for employees. No job structure, you're expected to work on every random thing in the team and not in the area of your expertise. The result - you'll be fired for non-performance in matter of days or weeks (if you're lucky). Don't bother to consider or join this company.
