Pros

Coffee machine & Biscuits. Didn't find any pros.

Cons

Joined even after reading negative reviews in Glassdoor. This company doesn't value employees, you will be treated good only for a week. Later you'll be treated as a trash. Very bad in work culture. No future. You will be in job search again in few months or even in few days. My personal opinion is do not join this company. If you still want to join, see you soon in x-employees WhatsApp group 😊

Pros

Nothing as such other than Bananas

Cons

HR will start with making false promises at the time of joining. Don't fall for it. Once you join, you will realise that there is no HR team as such. Bunch of people from so called Strategy team will be looking on HR activities. CEO and CTO doesn't have experience of running a startup. There is no PRODUCT as such in the company. They had developed some chat bot which was a rejected from their customers. Came with the new brand name to avoid all negative reviews but thats not helping. AI is just the buzz word used for getting traction . There is nothing related to AI thats been developed so far. CEO is incapable of getting a single customer from his network. Entire company is controlled by him. He doesn't respect any one. If you are a team lead/manager, CEO makes sure to bring you down in front of everyone. He harasses everyone in the company. He will come up with something new every morning and will not allow you to work on any previous work assigned to you. He hired a very good leadership team - VP operations , VP Sales, Sales head , marketing head etc and good bunch of senior people. Other than one , every one left the company. That tells the real story of working here. CEO doesn't have experience nor allow experience people to uplift the company. I have seen people getting fired from very first week. If you have waited for long notice period to join here. Be prepared to get fired. CEO was also telling lot of stories that we will got to new office and with all senior people company is looking to grow aggressively. No news at all on these things. I am sure the new story will come CEO. All senior people were really good. He missed the bus by letting them go. Sometimes , you will be asked to leave with 2 hours notice without any intimation. There are instances where HR has sent email in morning for the entire team and asked them to leave in the evening. These things have happened right in front of my eyes to my own colleagues. There is lot to write, it will never end. Not sure when I will be asked to leave without valid reasons. This just depends on the mood of the CEO. No one should ever join this company. CEO will understand the importance of people when this happens.

Pros

1. Flexible timings, they don't watch your working hours till the time they decide to fire you 2. You will get a Mac machine 3. Coffee machine is available 4. They give some snacks like bananas and biscuits 5. Free wifi for mobiles

Cons

1. Decision is made by only one person which is the CEO 2. When you meet him for the first time or during interviews you will feel “wow, this man has got a great vision”, But when it comes to reality, you will realize he just talks BS. 3. There is no AI product exists. It's just a simple chat bot that runs automated queries 4. If you are joining in sales team, you won't last for more than 3 months 5. If you are joining strategy team, be ready to do recruitments 6. If you are joining top management team, be prepared to take a lot of BS on your head from the CEO and time you will be asked to leave 7. If you are questioning the decision of CEO, you will be fired 8. If you are giving your opinion in a meeting you will be fired 9. If you are asking questions in townhall meeting you will be fired 10. If you are joining solutions team you can stay for maximum 6 months after which either you will leave or they will ask you to leave 11. If you are joining HR team, you will be most useless person in the company. You will be given with no rights. You just need to do what CEO says 12. If you are joining marketing team, you should be prepared to write fake reviews in glassdoor 13. If you are joining product team, you can survive for a while because for the past 2 years they are developing the product which is never ending 14. If you are joining for a lesser CTC and they promise you a hike after 3 months of boot camp, trust me you are never going to get that hike. Oh! Is the figure mentioned in your offer? They don't just care. If you ask for the hike mentioned in your offer, they will fire you in the name of under performance 15. PF deductions will not be credited to your PF account even after years 16. Reimbursement is a big joke. When you spend your personal money for business trips they make sure you won't get it till the time you resign. You will get your reimbursements in full and final settlement 17. The company is all about hire and fire. Every Friday you can see a bunch of people getting fired and every Monday you see a bunch of new ppl joining 18. You will be asked to write fake reviews on glassdoor by your manager 19. There are high chances of your reporting manager getting changed every month 20. Appraisal is a big time joke. It never happens. 21. All the positive reviews in glassdoor are fake and posted by marketing team. Only the negative reviews are true 22. If you are getting an offer for your current CTC and they promise you for a hike after 3 months, please don't accept and join. Because your entire tenure in the company will be less than 6 months. 23. Few ppl were asked to leave in just 2 weeks after joining. When you ask reason they say it's a strategy change. 24. The strategy keeps changing every day. 25. No parking space. For 60+ employees there are 12 two wheeler parking slots 26. The waiting time for restroom is more than the waiting time in public toilet. 27. They are losing existing customers
