Nothing. But since they insist on minimum five words I am not sure what those five words are.

Pros

Some AI Company name on your resume

Cons

If you decide to join even after speaking with ex-employees, you must do these. - Know that most of the increments, rises, options, promotions promised will not be honoured, does not matter they are recorded in offer letter or not, does not matter what your performance is - Know that your work may differ considerably from what is described to you. Strategy people do HR work. Sales guys do secretary work. - Know that the talks of firing you may start as early as your second day into the company, sometimes even before you join! The head of the company literally plans and hires 5 people for every person he needs. The logic is 2 will be fired, 2 will leave by themselves, 1 will stay. But the fact is 4 will leave by themselves and 1 may stay until he is fired. And the hunt starts within a couple of weeks again. This is an endless cycle. - Know that there is perpetual hiring since people just come and go like it is a bus stop. You will see people disappearing like in a dodgeball or kabaddi game, mysteriously (it will no more be a mystery after a while). Most people leave within a week, a day or even after an hour, the moment they see the chaos and insults. Some go back after seeing the office from outside, never stepping inside. - Know that if ever you refer someone you know, you should be ready to forget your relationship with them as they will not be able to forgive you - Know that your work direction may change every day, every hour, sometimes within minutes. And you are the one who understood it wrong - Know that the notice period from your side or from the company side may not be honoured - Know that you will be asked directly or indirectly to post good reviews on the company - Know that if at all you spend any money for the company, reimbursements will mostly take very long and multiple follow-ups. You may even be asked to pay for your own visa for official trips - Know that your final settlement will mostly take a very long time and multiple follow-ups - Know that you will be threatened not to join any company that remotely deals with any chatbots or AI - Know that you will need a lot of emotional strength to survive since you will be humiliated before others, in person and behind you, so much that you will start doubting your own abilities - Know that whether you like it or not, you will be used to poach not only your ex-colleagues but also your ex-managers - Know that you may receive multiple types of threats for unknown reasons - Know that your parting discussions will be gruelling, dramatic, scary and some of the worst ever - Know that the greatest moment in your entire tenure will be after your last day (not even the notice period, not even the last day will be relaxing, since those days will be torturous with all kind of gossips being spread against you and your performance) - By the way, know that your PF may not be deposited at all

Pros

I worked at Payjo for an year. It was great going with them. Few times we had little hick ups in terms of achieving the target as Payjo was a budding startup and it really difficult sometimes to convince the clients until they really experience it. To be frank, it was an amazing experience with lot of learning. Anyone who is looking towards starting their career in AI, Machine Learning, Software Marketing it really a great place to start and it can be a good going. Salaries and Policies at Payjo are clear and transparent. Good Pay with very decent incentives for every deal you close. I regret leaving the company due to personal concerns, but I still consult them some times as I have moved to different city with my own consultation business. Note : I have also seen there are few people who keep writing so many negative comments on Payjo. I would like to say something for them. Dear Friends, I can understand that you feel very bad about Payjo (or) you might be working for someone who is trying to pull Payjo down (Its very normal for a Startup with lot of growth potential). Whoever you guys are, but the thing is, payjo now is very different from the day even I left. Recently I have visited the office and it’s a big wow for me. There is lot of people working in office, Amazing sales team, Creative Guys, Marketing Team, Developers brain storming and planning new modules. Still there is more but I recommend you to see with your own eyes. Payjo is not like the negative comments what you are writing here. It’s really funny how you people are trying to bring down so many people's hard work with just some negative comments on a review website. Well I might not work at Payjo as a full timer right now but still I love the company I worked for and still keep in touch with. Payjo is the reason for what I am today right now. If you are someone who really have such a hard feelings and "if you are really an ex employee", please go visit the office and think again. Payjo always respects its employee and their work and never discourage one’s true potential. Even when I am leaving Payjo they are ready to recommend me for some of their partnering agencies. That is the kind of relationship Payjo maintains with their employees. Even that becomes better now it seems. They are creating many new employee policies based on employee feedback received. I am not the one who writes reviews in social portals. But when I found what’s happening for Payjo on Glassdoor I have no choice rather than to speak out like this.

Cons

There are always few serious conversation happen at work place with the senior managers and the management. But most of them are healthy and leads to a better understanding and effective employee relationship.
