Pros

Company had option to work remotely

Cons

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company markets itself as a “fast-paced, high-growth startup,” but that’s just code for chaotic, disorganized, and deeply toxic. From day one, it was clear that there is no real leadership—only ego-driven founders who thrive on control and fear. Leadership is completely disconnected from reality. Founders micromanage everything while pretending to “empower” employees. Feedback flows only one way: top-down criticism with zero accountability. Slack messages at 2 AM are considered normal. Public shaming in meetings is used as a “motivational tool.” This isn’t a “startup grind", it’s a burnout factory with a PR team. Unless you enjoy stress, instability, and being undervalued, stay far away.

Pros

You get exposure to multiple functions

Cons

This company has one of the most unhealthy work cultures I’ve experienced. What initially appears to be an ambitious startup quickly turns into a place filled with stress, politics, and constant instability. The organization is controlled entirely by a husband-wife leadership team, and unfortunately personal influence seems to outweigh professionalism and fair decision-making. Work-life balance does not exist here. Employees are expected to stretch beyond reasonable limits, often without recognition or proper compensation. Burnout is normalized, and management tends to dismiss employee concerns rather than address them constructively. HR functions more like a management shield than an employee support system, making it difficult to raise genuine concerns safely.
