- Great people to work with (they hire the best!) <3 - Company provided financial aid during covid - Great allowance for wellness - Very generous employee discount

Cons

- Be expected to work public holidays, weekend (well, it is what you signed up for...) - Politics. If the management likes you and you follow the "right" manager, you are given inside tips/words to say to ace the interview. But if you follow the "wrong" manager, your work is put under a microscope and your good work is doubtful and underplayed - HQ is in HKG for asia and even in Singapore where we have so many stores, we do not have the opportunity to proceed to roles other than retail based - Too many store openings, educators and leaders are spread too thin as it is. Company is too focused on expanding that people are overworked and under appreciated
