Pros

BENEFITS: monthly debit card for fitness classes, amazing discount on clothing

Cons

There’s a huge emphasis on mental health within the company but the managers will go against you if you ask for help. They also preach “work life balance” while simultaneously writing you up if you’re not working while off the clock. I’ve also been put into really dangerous health conditions once the store reopened in the pandemic as well as being forced to come into work when there was a snow storm (road conditions were extremely dangerous and we were forced to come in at night despite them sending everyone else home early because of the weather).

Pros

Amazing benefits, fun work environment with other educators

Cons

Management is not always the best. With Covid protocols in the early months, they we’re not helpful with keeping the environment safe for us. They also preach mental health care but don’t actually care about you if you’re struggling
