You are overworked and underpaid. Sometimes the team can get clique-y depending on the leadership.

Pros

Healthy lifestyle environment. Good quality products. Nice to have a goal-setting team and support system. Surrounded by go-getters, and people that want to make a difference in the world. Endless advancement opportunities. Great health benefits. The morning meetings could be really uplifting and special.

Cons

Working nights and weekends gets old, fast. The script of 'educating' guests is so fake and obnoxious. Being expected to represent lululemon at ALL times, in the community. Being expected to attend events and workouts, off the clock, and resulting in being accused of 'lack of integrity' for the job if you don't. It all seems fun at first, like you are just going to mix your yoga obsession into your job, but it really is just the retail grind. The pay is low for the amount of responsibilities given. Definitely a clicky environment. The culture and values sound great, but aren't actually held up. It's just like any other corporate job - lots of politics.
