Pros

Simply put, lululemon oozes CULTURE and PASSION. It wasn't just a job for me. I learned how to be a responsible, passionate, driven, goal-oriented person who has integrity in every area of life. My leadership team dedicated a lot of themselves to growing their team to be leaders and take ownership of the business. I can't tell you how much I learned about being a professional, working adult that I use in the career I'm in today. I'm so grateful for my time at lulu!

Cons

It took me a while to come up with this because it was such a great place to work BUT I do wish we could have shared my discount with family.

Pros

Great staff - the educators are great Great perks- discounts, free workout classes, community events, and holiday discount shops for friends; bonus based on sales Benefits - after 90 days if you are full time - sick time, ESOP, 401k, and health insurance in certain states

Cons

Many would describe it as "cultish" and I would agree. You have to follow managements way of doing things or you will be fired. If you do not fit the mold it will be addressed regularly and continually be brought up. Even though its a retail job they don't consider it that and they expect A LOT from someone they pay so little. Management has a very high view of themselves and see everyone as replaceable. Also, you have to deal with very entitled clientele.
