Pros

At the store I worked at they had a supportive management team. I started as an educator (with no intention of becoming anything more) I built a great relationship with management and my peers, after working there for 9 months as an educator my ASM suggested to apply for the KL position which I gratefully did and discovered qualities that I personally couldn't see within me.

Cons

Personally I had no negative experience while working here.
