Pros

It's a job for recently-graduated students who need work experience, but can't do any better.

Cons

Everything else. Career Opportunities: You might get a promotion, but you won't get a raise. No performance-based anything. No reviews. If you want to "advance" in mindWireless, then you just need to out-last the flocks of people leaving the company until you've been there longer than the majority - this takes about 6 months to 1 year. No one cares. Compensation and Benefits: Most retail stores have better pay and benefits. No one cares. Work/Life Balance: Expect to work over-time or be over-stressed. The high employee turnover means you'll be working your share and someone else's. No one cares. Senior Management: Do whatever you want, no one's watching. Get paid to Facebook. No one cares. Culture and Values: There are none. Do what you want. There is no Human Resources Department on site. Sexually Harrass your neighbor or be a racist. No one cares.

Pros

Set work schedule, weekends off, good health benefits & very low stress levels

Cons

There really isnt any upward growth potential within the company. Very high turn over rate. People start and quit so often its difficult to meet them or even learn their names.

Pros

There is a great view of the 360 bridge from the office. Office job on your resume if you're trying to get out of retail.

Cons

The traffic to and from the nice view sucks. There are better opportunities to get an office job and this is nothing more than a call center. The technology they claim to have is non-existent. Again this is a call center and they max out free use software like Evernote and GSuite. No clear description of the job. No teamwork. Poor management at all levels, but especially the guy has the most facetime around the office. Most employees can't wait to leave so it's a miserable work environment. HH and other team outings are non-existent as the company doesn't make enough money and the owners are religious types. If you've been in a role with a company that does HHs or stocks the fridge with beer, this place isn't for you.
