We have been undertaking a large scale project globally with our clients about skills and training gaps to ensure Alumni are better aligned with the specific needs of each team and client they work for, so this is very pertinent to us at Wiley Edge. We have made several exciting changes to the training model which should benefit all of our Alumni and empower them with the additional knowledge they may need after going through the initial intensive training. With respect to the contract, we do view this more as a partnership with investments on both ends, your time and knowledge as the consultant and our training and resources as the employer. It allows us to place talent with our clients that they may otherwise overlook via their more traditional recruitment channels, and opens up more opportunities to those candidates as you alluded to in the Pros section.
