Thank you for taking the time to post a review and we are glad that you find we offer good benefits and flexible time off policies for out team members. These are two areas that we consistently hear our employees say that we excel. And we do realize that, like all companies with remote and regionally located employees, that it often feels that it's more challenging to connect to corporate headquarters. We are exploring many potential opportunities to help alleviate this feeling as well as providing training to leaders on how to better connect with distributed teams. As we grow and learn together, please don't hesitate to share your thoughts with your leader so that you can work on a plan together to help address your concerns. We are so very proud of our team members - regardless of location - and we want to ensure that everyone has the best employee experience possible! Thank you again for taking the time out of your busy schedule to share your thoughts. Much appreciated!

Pros

- Pay is alright. - The work is diverse and meaningful. You get to do a lot of different things (frontend, backend, etc...) and work with a lot of intelligent people. - Coworkers and managers are fantastic. - CEO seems nice. - Culture is good,

Cons

- You have to be in the office 5 days a week which is completely unnecessary. Don't hate it, but hybrid would be preferable. - There's a heavy learning curve, which isn't necessarily a bad thing but can be overwhelming if you don't have prior experience with Salesforce or banking/finance in general. - Wilmington is an expensive place to live and the commute for a lot of people is horrible.

Thank you for providing your review. We love to hear from our current employees and we are so glad to see the list of positives you provided and your suggestions. If you have any additional thoughts or ideas, please continue to share them with your leader as we know our employees are our best resources! As for hybrid, we are pleased with the level of collaboration and productivity that we continue to see with our back to office 5 days a week approach and have no plans of changing that arrangement. Coupling back to office with the flexibility we offer employees to enable them to better integrate their personal and professional lives appears to meet the majority of our employee's needs. We will of course continue to monitor this. Thanks again - we appreciate hearing from you!

Thank you for your review but unfortunately it's inaccurate. All of our jobs have been benchmarked to the market and industry in which we operate, ranges updated, and every employee is compensated within that range. Coupled with our incredible benefits, our total rewards offerings to our employees is very strong - as evidenced by our ability to attract very strong talent into our open roles. We hope all is going well for you and wish you all the best!
