And yes, nCino is a corporation and we recognize that transition from a private, entrepreneurial company to one that is publicly traded creates change for everyone. However, we are committed to retaining and nurturing those things which made us successful in the past. Collaborating together on delivering innovative products that meet our customers needs so that we can truly transform the banking experience is paramount. Ensuring we have a culture where everyone can bring their A game and Have fun (just to name a couple) is so critically important. We try very hard to consistently demonstrate that our people matter but recognize that not everyone will agree with every decision.       Pros

      You just can't beat the people here. From the executive team to entry level employees - everyone is striving to do right by our customers, our employees, and our communities. The work is challenging and no two days are the same - so you absolutely have to be a creative problem solver to enjoy a career at nCino. I laugh and learn every single day.

      Cons

      Same as the pros in many ways - the work is challenging, no two days are the same, and there's constant change - whether you like it or not.

      This is such a great review. While we appreciate when reviewers provide us with opportunities to work on, we are equally appreciative to hear a team members say something like "I laugh and learn every single day." That is fantastic. We also hear your comments regarding change. The unfortunately thing that accompanies phenomenal growth is significant change. We are growing each day as well and we are working on our own capability of better managing the pace of change and our overall change management approach to ensure that everyone understands the why behind the changes. We are committed to improving in this area! Thank you again for your review.       -Professional and fun culture. -Nice people. -Excellent product. -Great headquarters in a beach town. -Total comp and benefits. -Opportunities. -Free snacks. -Opportunities to learn and grow in a relatively low-stress environment.

      Cons

      -Onsite work requirement could be a con for some. I mostly see it as a pro.

At nCino, we so believe in our mission and while we work hard to make that mission come to life for our customers, we believe in "having a great time" together as a team! You are also correct that the decision to come back to office fully has it's pros and cons and we recognize that a back to office approach may not align with the aspirations of some of our team members. This was a challenging decision but we made it after a great deal of thought and deliberation about what was best for our company and our customers going forward. The ability for us to come together and collaborate in real time and collectively address issues and deliver a better experience for our customers has been key to our success to date and will continue to differentiate us going forward!
