Thank you for your thoughtful review. And let's start by saying we agree with you on your assessment around well-documented processes. It is a definite opportunity area for us and we are working toward improvements in this area as we realize that search time not only reduces productivity, but simply is a point of frustration. But we have a plan to address and this will improve! And we are so glad to hear that you are seeing the efforts and the results from our focus are DE&I. We are so excited about our work with our ERGs! We have such passionate, dedicated employees and the ideas that came from our recent DE&I Council are quite exciting - we think all of our colleagues will feel an even greater sense of energy coming from these groups as we progress our plans.
