It started like a dream and you will hear all the good things you want to hear from management. With time you realize all that is lies and empty promises. Employer has no respect for employees, and no raises or promotions are offered, employee retention is a major issue and they know it and don't care. If you do end up here, I suggest considering it as a stepping stone.

There were times when the bosses acted in tactless manner, dismissing concerns and feedback without any consideration. The lack of support made it difficult to feel motivated or appreciated.
