Cons

Very difficult to get a pay raise, they should be paying better and in more accordance with the country's salaries. Not many chances for promotions. Not many trainings. Very strict on working away from your own house.

Two faced back stabbing middle managers allowed to work with HR and use there authority to get you sacked with no remorse cold and nasty

non-stop working, 100 emails to attend not planning to get more overhead to share the load. not helpful bosses poor management
