Yearly reviews and raises are put off and put off and put off- even 90-day reviews and raises are ignored for 7 months or more. Loopholes are found so they can make it look like you don't work as hard as you do, so your raises are either very low or non-existent. Expensive, pointless aesthetic changes are made to make the building pretty, without asking anyone that it will actually affect, creating Safety hazards and slowing down production. Management has vendettas against employees and looks for ways to get them fired. Morale is in the toilet. There is no HR. We feel unappreciated and over worked. Parts are not ordered in time, departments often do things to trip up other departments, nepotism means the worst of the worst get no consequences for their actions. Safety is a joke, especially in winter conditions. Employees are encouraged to fill out Safety Risk papers to report Safety issues, but issues are ignored and employees are laughed at for submitting issues.
