Cons

If you were coming in new and never did this line of work before I think it would be hard. but if you are smart you'd do ok.

NMBS has been the best personal/professional time in my life. Because of the great leadership, you really are gaining great knowledge and experience in something that is growing & relevant to our society. They also provide the tools and expertise for you to become great at what you do there & to really get to know the revenue cycle in medical billing which is amazing because there are constant changes in the healthcare industry. Great pay, Benefits, Bonus Structure is amazing everything from cash to cardinals tickets. There is always room to move up in the company since it's growing rapidly and due to the constant healthcare changes. They create wealth and piece of mind for you and their clients. You do not want to miss an opportunity to work for a growing fast pace company that will treat you like family.

Cons

Training on systems needs to be more hands on but I know they are working out a process now to make it more efficient.
