There are several prospects for promotion within the organization. Here, promotions are determined by performance and metrics. The company has been in operation for a considerable period and has a positive reputation. My employees are a devoted group of brilliant people who have motivated me throughout my career. We have a competitive compensation and great perks.

Cons

I can’t think of any negatives here. No cons to mention.

I got paid, that's it. I still consider myself lucky to have had a job during the pandemic where almost everyone was affected and lost their jobs.

Cons

When things started to be somewhat okay, I looked for a much better job because I couldn't continue working here. The workload was just too much and it certainly more than anyone could possibly handle.

The revenue cycle knowledge runs deep here. NMBS has the best and brightest minds in the business! Great benefits (health/dental/life insurance), retirement plan. Senior staff truly cares about their employees well-being and safety.

Cons

High pressure to produce, which can be crippling to me at times. Credit is sometimes given to people who are undeserving.
