Pros

The management makes sure that the employees know they are appreciated. Some of the highlights of the last year were free trip to the movies including popcorn and soda (on company time), family appreciation day, they've made us breakfast, they provide ample opportunities for generous bonuses each month, catered lunches, and more.

Cons

NMBS takes a different approach to the revenue cycle than most AR companies-this gives them a great advantage, but can be challenging. Since all departments are interdependent it can cause a delay in AR if another department is behind.

The company provides great benefits and its a Monday thru Friday position. Most all staff are friendly and helpful. The job is challenging but rewarding.

Cons

The pressure on the AR Managers can be unrealistic most of the time. The job can be fun but the amount of work and pressure is really hard to take most times.
