Big company, cool silicon carbide technology.

Cons

The leadership team and management team is filled with anxiety every week; yield is not stable and decisions are messed with anxiety and stress. Manager constantly emails or messages at night around 9 pm and ask full-time employee to work on weekend because of the bad decisions they made.

Local teams are great to work with. Relaxed atmosphere and good learning environment. Flexible work schedule is very nice.

Cons

Upper management is solely concerned about bottom line. There is little to no thought towards the employee. Layoffs are frequent and random.
