      *Clean, spacious facility with good covid precautions *California based Company *Flexible time off

      Cons

      *No code of conduct or serious consequences for offensive language/slurs used by employees in work office environment *Agressive, irritable higher ups with unchecked emotions and professional etiquette. Specifically observed in four different scenarios, arguing with female employees, in a group setting. *Most of these temper tantrums occurring when follow up/sales quotas were not met. Or you simply questioned something that did not add up in Ooma's process.

      Great people, great product, poor sales management high turnover

      Cons

      Management is micro management and belittles the employees. Watches your every move. was very demeaning to the team. I left because of the management. Took accounts away from me to give to another sales person, uneven distribution of leads. almost impossible quota. Asked to be transferred, fell on deaf ears.

      • Great product. Amazing Marketing with top-tier look/feel on the company website. High customer satisfaction with consistent 3rd party accolades • Company stock keeps increasing, pay on par with other tech companies in the valley. Business review meetings and consistent updates from the leadership team keeps everyone vetted with the company’s vision and growth trajectory • Collaborative working environment, E-staff to front-line agents all working to expand the company, customer base and brand awareness in the right way

      • Office product lacking brand recognition in the market • You may put on a few extra pounds from all the complimentary food
