      Pros

      I had consulted with pSemi back before the re-brand. It was such an awesome experience the first time around that I was always happy to be called back 3 other times. The 5th time was the charm...worked with the RF and LNA group ended up with the Power group. My managers and teams were always some of the best ones that I've ever collaborated with.

      Cons

      If I had to force a con...the benefits could be better...but it's good for what it is and I am satisfied.

      Pros

      Worked here for a year after graduating out of college and took on many projects and responsibilities. As a result, that work was recognized by management and got promoted within a year. Company and different teams are looking out for each other and offering help when needed.

      Cons

      In the design team, if you are not flexible in terms of changing parameters and requirements for your design, design is not for you. In this environment, things are changing day by day and you will have to be ready for that,
