      Pros

      The people there are nice and you get paid really well.

      Cons

      The work feels meaningless. We are optimizing to make phones better. I'd rather be working on something that will help the world be a better place and not somewhere who's soul purpose is to maximize profit. Which is not evil in any way, but at the end of the day I didn't want to waste my life away in a cubicle. I wanted to do something meaningful.

      Pros

      The people at pSemi are the best part of working here. The design team I work with are professional, talented and easy to work with. Assignments are challenging and rewarding. Nobody is on any ego trips. Management guides and informs in a timely manner. No micromanaging.
