Pros
There are some good hard working honest engineers. Great technology so far but has a risk from growing competition and loss of talent.
Cons
Some of key business leaders have left or let go in the recent times and no one knows why. The impact is clearly visible in the earnings (SEC) and the stock price. Led by couple of wrong GMs who are crippling the company with their political decision instead of focusing on business. HR Department is not at all supportive of employees concern. Company wide mandatory vacations have been implemented for last few quarters.
