      Workload is good/ sometime stressful

      Pros

      Some of the employees are good, with a lot of knowledge. Work hours are somewhat flexible. Pay is ok for the level of experience.

      Cons

      Process changes every time you turn around. New business systems added to the company, but not implemented correctly, Oracle,Agile. There have been three management changes their since I have started. Don't know who my boss really is. But everyone will tell you what to do.
